Shipping policy

Production time

Orders ship or are ready for pickup after production. Standard production is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush (2–3 business days) and next-day options are available for an added fee when our schedule allows.

Local pickup, Claremont, CA

Free. Choose Pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, along with pickup details. Any remaining balance on quoted orders is due at pickup.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Orders ship within 1–2 business days of completion, and you'll receive a tracking number by email. Quoted orders are shipped once the balance is paid.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
