Is there a minimum order?
No. We'll happily stitch a single cap. Per-piece prices drop at 6, 12, 24, and 48 pieces.
What is the digitizing fee?
Embroidery machines can't read a regular image file. Your logo has to be converted ("digitized") into a stitch file. It's a one-time $20 per design, and reorders never pay it again. Simple name or text personalization doesn't need it.
Can I bring my own items?
Yes, and there's no upcharge for customer-supplied goods. Please bring clean, new items, plus one or two spares for larger runs if you can. Heavy items like jackets, canvas, and structured caps have a $3 per piece surcharge.
Can you supply the apparel?
Yes. We source quality brand-name blanks: caps, beanies, tees, polos, quarter-zips, jackets, and totes. See starting prices on our pricing page, or ask for a quote on a specific brand.
Will I see my design before it's stitched?
Always. Every new design gets a free digital proof, and nothing is stitched until you approve it. A physical stitch-out sample is available for $8, credited toward your order if approved.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush (2–3 business days, +25%) and next-day (+50%) are available depending on our schedule.
What file should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work. Just reply to your order confirmation or quote email with the file attached.
How do I pay?
Small orders are paid in full at checkout. For quoted orders, we collect a 50% deposit (including digitizing) by invoice, with the balance due at pickup or before shipping.
Do you ship, or can I pick up?
Both. Local pickup in Claremont, CA is free, and we ship anywhere in the US.
Can I return a custom item?
Because every piece is made to order, custom items can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind or sizing. If we make a mistake or there's a defect in our work, we'll fix it. See our refund policy.
Do you do 3D puff or metallic thread?
Yes. 3D puff is +25% of the embroidery price, and metallic or specialty thread is +$1.50 per piece.
