Custom orders

Every Loop Theory item is embroidered to order with your design, name, or logo, so custom items can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or artwork that was approved on the proof.

Proof approval

We send a digital proof for every new design, and production begins only after you approve it. Please check spelling, colors, size, and placement carefully. Once approved, the proof is final.

If we made a mistake

If an item has an embroidery defect or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with photos. We'll re-stitch or replace the affected items at no cost, or issue a refund for them if a replacement isn't possible.

Customer-supplied items

We take great care with items you provide, but embroidery involves needles and heat. We're not responsible for issues caused by the garment itself (fabric, seams, coatings). If we damage an item through our error, we'll reimburse up to the item's reasonable replacement cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before you approve your proof, less the $20 digitizing fee once digitizing has been completed. After proof approval, orders are in production and can't be canceled. Deposits on blank apparel we've already ordered for you are non-refundable.

Ready-to-customize stock items

Unused, non-embroidered stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping.
